the location allows for easy access to everything. i appreciated the well stocked minibar and its complimentary beverages. i was happy to find both coffee and tea available in the room. also there was a kettle, this was especially convenient.
the elevators can be somewhat slow during peak hours, which can lead to a short wait.

amazing stay!
central location comfy bed tea making georgian window
the hotel location is central, only minutes from marble arch tube station. my room had mellow tones and blonde wood. a comfy bed! the tea making facilities were also great. i loved the georgian window providing plenty of light!
I noticed a very slight problem. The gym equipment, while good, is limited in quantity.

Really good Stay
calming decor nice touch super clean housekeeping
I found the room's decor to be calming. The special robes were a NICE touch. I especially liked the immaculate housekeeping service. My room was always kept super clean. The proximity to Marble Arch made exploring the area easy.
The mini bar's pricing was a bit confusing at first.

slow room service excessive minibar prices
the location was convenient. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the room service was disappointingly slow. i ordered a simple meal. it took over an hour to arrive. THE temperature of the food was barely lukewarm, which detracted from any potential enjoyment. the minibar prices also seemed excessive for the selection offered.

i loved the helpfulness of the staff. henry was always there to assist, a true asset to the hotel. the japanese inspired interior and breakfast meal offered a unique experience. the location provided great access to many key spots.
i found the room generally small. when i requested a late checkout of 1:30 pm, i was informed of an additional charge. there was no welcome message or a single water bottle in the room upon arrival.

clean room generous selection luxury robes
I found the room clean.. it added to the relaxing atmosphere. I really appreciated the complimentary drinks selection. A thoughtful touch. The robes were a luxury addition.
The soundproofing was not as effective as I expected, and I could hear some street noise.
